The Coast Guard proposes to create a Regulated Navigation Area
(RNA) on a portion of the Savannah River to regulate waterway traffic
when vessels carrying Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) are transiting or
moored on the Savannah River. This action is necessary because of the

In response to public requests, the Coast Guard is reopening
the comment period on its notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) on
Vessel Documentation: LeaseFinancing for Vessels Engaged in the

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the
Coast Guard intends to seek the approval of OMB for the renewal of one
Information Collection Request (ICR). The ICR concerns the National
Survey of Recreational Boating. Before submitting the ICR to OMB, the
Coast Guard is requesting comments on it.
