Regulatory Flexibility Analysis associated with the notice of proposed
rulemaking entitled, ``Automatic Dependent SurveillanceBroadcast (ADS
B) Out performance requirements to support Air Traffic Control (ATC)
service.''
PROPOSED RULES: BAE Systems (Operations) Ltd.; withdrawn,

This action withdraws a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM)
that proposed a new airworthiness directive (AD), applicable to all BAE
Systems (Operations) Limited (Jetstream) Model 4101 airplanes. That
action would have required revising the airplane flight manual to
advise the flightcrew of special operating limitations associated with
a reduction
