The FTA and the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) intend to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for transit improvements for the MidCoast Corridor Transit Project in San Diego, California. The SEIS will be prepared in accordance with regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and all
