NOTICES: Opal Creek Scenic Recreation Area Advisory Council,

An Opal Creek Scenic Recreation Area Advisory Council meeting
will convene in Stayton, Oregon on Wednesday, December 6, 2006. The
meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., and will conclude at
approximately 8:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the South Room of
the Stayton Community Center located on 400 West Virginia Street in
Stayton, Oregon.
NOTICES: Caribou-Targhee National Forest, ID; overnight camping and extra vehicle fees,

The Montpelier Ranger District of the Caribou-Targhee National
Forest will begin charging a $10 fee for single family overnight
camping at the Beaver Creek Campground. There will also be a $5 fee for
an extra vehicle. Overnight camping at other campgrounds on the
CaribouTarghee National Forest have shown that publics appreciate and
enjoy the
