Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act request for lease and subsequent conveyance of approximately 20 acres in two separate parcels of public land in Clark County, Nevada. The Clark County School District (CCSD) proposes to use the land for one 15acre public elementary school and one fiveacre addition to an existing public high school.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has examined and found suitable for classification for lease and subsequent conveyance under the provisions of the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act, as amended, approximately 670 acres of public land in Clark County, Nevada. The City of Mesquite proposes to use the land for a regional park.
