interim basis, Rate Schedules VA1, VA2, VA3, VA4, CP&L1, CP&L2, CP&L3, CP&L4, AP1, AP2, AP3, AP4, and NC1. The rates were
approved on an interim basis through September 30, 2006, and are
subject to confirmation and approval by the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission on a final basis.
