approved, on an interim basis new rate schedules VA1B, VA2B, VA3 B, VA4B, CP&L1B, CP&L2B, CP&L3B, CP&L4B, AP1B, AP2B, AP
3B, AP4B, NC1B, and Replacement2A. These rate schedules are
applicable to Southeastern power sold to existing preference customers
in the Virginia and North Carolina
