We are establishing regulations pertaining to the commercial
transportation of equines to slaughtering facilities. These regulations
fulfill our responsibility under the 1996 Farm Bill to regulate the
commercial transportation of equines for slaughter by persons regularly

This document adjusts the amount of civil money penalties that
may be assessed under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for repeated
or willful violations of the minimum wage or overtime provisions of the
FLSA, and for violations of the child labor provisions of the FLSA.
These adjustments are required by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation
