The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone encompassing all waters of the Savannah River from the Talmadge Bridge to the east end of the Marriott hotel. This regulation is necessary to protect life and property on the navigable waters of the Savannah River due to possible dangers associated with the annual Savannah Harbor Boat Parade
