The Commander, First Coast Guard District, has issued a
temporary deviation from the drawbridge operation regulations for the
Amtrak Old SaybrookOld Lyme Bridge (Old SaybrookOld Lyme Bridge),
mile 3.4, across the Connecticut River, Connecticut. This deviation
from the regulations allows the bridge to operate on a fixed schedule
for bridge openings

The Coast Guard has changed the drawbridge operation
regulations for the MetroNorth Bridge, at mile 1.0, across the Mianus
River at Greenwich, Connecticut. This final rule requires the bridge to
open on signal from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., after an advance notice is given.
The bridge previously did not open for vessel traffic between 9 p.m.
and 5 a.m.,
