The Coast Guard is amending the permanent special local
regulation for the Annual Gasparilla Marine Parade, Hillsborough Bay,
and Tampa Bay, FL. This rule will change the date of the event from the
first weekend in February to the last weekend in January. Additionally,
this regulation will create a parade staging area and a 50 foot safety
zone
