The Coast Guard proposes to amend the permanent safety zone for the City of West Haven Fireworks by establishing the zone around a fireworks launch site at the approximate position 41[deg]15'7'' N, 72[deg]57'26'' W. This change to the zone would allow the zone to be established around the launch site, whether it is on a barge or on shore.
