This notice announces the Department's intention to sell certain unsubsidized multifamily and healthcare mortgage loans, without Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insurance, in a competitive, sealedbid sale. This notice also describes generally the bidding process to be used in the Multifamily Healthcare Loan Sale 20001 (Sale).
