Pursuant to 28 CFR 50.7, notice is hereby given that on November 12, 2003, a proposed Consent Decree between the United States and Paul Sauget was lodged with the District Court for the Southern district of Illinois, in U.S. v. Pharmacia Corporation, et al. (Civil No. 9963 GPM).
The United States' Second Amended Complaint in this action
