In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111117), FEC PROCUREMENT DIVISION is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of the FY 2011 Service Contract inventory. This inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 that were made in FY 2012.

Missouri has scheduled a Special General Election on June 4, 2013, to fill the U.S. House seat in the Eighth Congressional District vacated by Representative Jo Ann Emerson.
Committees required to file reports in connection with the Special General Election on June 4, 2013, shall file a 12day PreGeneral Report, and a 30day PostGeneral Report.
As mandated by provisions of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (``FECA'' or ``the Act''), the Federal Election Commission (``FEC'' or ``the Commission'') is adjusting certain contribution and expenditure limitations and the lobbyist bundling disclosure threshold set forth in the Act, to index the amounts for inflation.

South Carolina has scheduled special elections to fill the
U.S. House seat in the 1st Congressional District vacated by Senator
Tim Scott. There are three possible special elections, but only two may be necessary.

The Federal Election Commission is requesting comment on certain aspects of its enforcement process.
