DOCUMENT SUMMARY:

The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by WCTV Licensee Corporation, licensee of station WCTVTV, NTSC Channel 6, Thomasville, Georgia, requesting the substitution of DTV Channel 46 for station WCTVTV's assigned DTV Channel 52. DTV Channel 46 can be allotted to Thomasville, Georgia, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 304013 N and 835626 W with a power of 1000 (kW) and a height above average terrain (HAAT) of 619 meters.
