SUBJECT CATEGORY: Digital Television Broadcast Service; Scottsbluff, NE

DATES: Comments must be filed on or before October 10, 2000, and reply comments on or before October 25, 2000.

DOCUMENT SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Duhamel Broadcasting Enterprises, licensee of station KDUHTV, NTSC Channel 4, Scottsbluff, Nebraska, requesting the substitution of DTV Channel 7 for its assigned DTV Channel 20 at Scottsbluff. DTV Channel 7 can be allotted to Scottsbluff, Nebraska, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (421021 N. and 1031357 W.). As requested, we propose to allot DTV Channel 7 to Scottsbluff with a power of 32.4 and a height above average terrain (HAAT) of 592 meters.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply to this proceeding.
