On December 15, 2000, the Commission issued an order \1\ in Docket Nos. EL0095000, EL0095002, and EL0095003, et al., requiring, among other things, a technical conference on the development of market monitoring procedures for the markets involving the California Independent System Operator. The technical conference required by the December 15, 2000 order will convene at 9:30 a.m. on January 23, 2001, at 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC, in the Commission meeting room, Room 2C. If necessary, the conference will continue through 5:30 p.m. of the same day. All parties of record and other interested parties are welcome to attend.
