DATES: Comments must be filed on or before April 23, 2001, and reply comments on or before May 8, 2001.

DOCUMENT SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Eisert Enterprises, Inc. proposing the substitution of Channel 261C3 for Channel 261A at Emmetsburg, Iowa, and modification of the license for Station KEMB accordingly. The coordinates for Channel 261C3 at Emmetsburg are 430724 and 945129. In accordance with Section 1.420(g) of the Commission's Rules, we will not accept competing expressions of interest for the use of Channel 261C3 at Emmetsburg. To accommodate the allotment of Channel 261C3 at Emmetsburg we shall also propose the removal of vacant Channel 262A at Sibley, Iowa.
