Title: 49 CFR part 543, Exemption from Vehicle Theft Prevention Standard.
OMB Number: 21270542.
Type of Request: Extension of a currently approved information collection.
Abstract: 49 U.S.C. Chapter 331 requires the Secretary of

to be as effective in reducing or deterring theft as the identification system.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit.
Estimated Total Annual Burden: 64.
