DATES: Comments must be filed on or before June 17, 2002, and reply comments on or before July 2, 2002.

DOCUMENT SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by San Mateo County Community College District, licensee of noncommercial station KCSMTV, NTSC channel *60, San Mateo, California, requesting the substitution of DTV channel *43 for DTV channel *59 at San Mateo. DTV Channel *43 can be allotted to San Mateo, California, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 374519 N. and 1222706 W. As requested, we propose to allot DTV Channel *43 to San Mateo with a power of 1000 and a height above average terrain (HAAT) of 444 meters.
