DOCUMENT SUMMARY: This document requests comments on the proposed substitution of Channel 300A for vacant Channel 241A at Boonville, California. This channel change will allow Station KSXY(FM), Channel 240A, Healdsburg, California to discontinue using a directional FM antenna and to increase its power to maximum Class A (equivalent) FM facilities. Coordinates used for this proposal are 390133 NL and 1232933 WL.
