DATES: Effective August 19, 2002. A filing window for Channel 224A at Bearden, Arkansas, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening the allotment for auction will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent Order.

DOCUMENT SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 224A to Bearden, Arkansas, as that community's first local aural transmission service, in response to a petition for rule making filed by Charles Crawford. See 66 FR 52733, October 17, 2001. The allotment of Channel 224A at Bearden, Arkansas, is made without a site restriction, utilizing city reference coordinates 334324 NL and 923654 WL. With this action, this docketed proceeding is terminated.
