DOCUMENT SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by KSWO Television Company, Inc., licensee of station KSWOTV, Lawton, Oklahoma, requesting the substitution of DTV channel 11 for station KSWOTV's assigned DTV channel 23. DTV Channel 11 can be allotted to Lawton at reference coordinates 341255 N. and 984313 W. with a power of 138, a height above average terrain (HAAT) of 327 meters.
