SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
The notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby amended to include the Public Assistance program for the following areas among those areas determined to[[Page 69712]]
have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of November 21, 2003:
The municipalities of Cayey, Ceiba, Coamo, Juncos, Sabana Grande, San German, San Lorenzo, and Utuado for Public Assistance.
The municipalities of Guanica, Guayama, Lajas, Luquillo,
Maunabo, Naguabo, Patillas, Salinas, Yabucoa, and Yauco for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance.)
