DOCUMENT SUMMARY: The Department of the Army announces the general availability of exclusive, partially exclusive or nonexclusive licenses relative to a novel conformal and flexible imaging technology as described in U.S. Patent No. 6,580,413; entitled ``Method and Apparatus for the Low Cost Formation and Control of Images on Conformal Materials'' issued June 17, 2003. Any license shall comply with 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.
