DOCUMENT SUMMARY: In accordance with requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), the OCC, Board, FDIC, and OTS (collectively, the Agencies) may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The Agencies hereby give notice that they plan to submit information collections regarding their respective CRA Sunshine (Disclosure and Reporting of CRARelated Agreements) regulations to OMB for review and approval.
