DATES: Comments must be submitted on or before December 28, 2004. Late comments will be considered to the extent practicable.

DOCUMENT SUMMARY:

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) invites the general public and Federal agencies to comment on the renewal without change of eight (8) standard forms: the SF269, Financial Status Report (long form); SF269A, Financial Status Report (short form); SF272, Federal Cash Transactions Report; SF272A, Federal Cash Transactions Report (continuation); SF424A, Budget InformationNonconstruction Programs; SF424B, AssurancesNonconstruction Programs; SF424C, Budget InformationConstruction Programs; and SF424D, Assurances
Construction Programs. These forms are currently required by OMB Circular A102, ``Grants and Cooperative Agreements with State and Local Governments,'' and Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations Part 215 (OMB Circular A110, ``Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of

Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other NonProfit Organizations.'' These eight forms will continue to be used while interagency teams working under two streamlining initiatives (the Grants.gov EGov effort and the Pub. L. 106107 implementation work groups) complete the final consolidated data standards.
