DOCUMENT SUMMARY:
In response to a Notice of Proposed Rule Making, 69 FR 16202 (March 29, 2004) this Report and Order upgrades Channel 289A, Station WNYQ(FM), Malta, New York, to Channel 289B1; reallots Channel 288A, Station WBECFM, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, to Easthampton, Massachusetts; and modifies Station WBECFM's license accordingly. The coordinates for Channel 289B1 at Malta, New York, are 425817 NL and 734052 WL, with a site restriction of 9.1 kilometers (5.7 miles) east of Malta. The coordinates for Channel 288A at Easthampton, Massachusetts, are 421852 NL and 724118 WL, with a site restriction of 5.5 kilometers (3.4 miles) north of Easthampton.
