DATES: Effective April 3, 2006.

DOCUMENT SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Viacom Television Stations Group of Pittsburgh, Inc., licensee of station WNPADT, channel 30, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, substitutes DTV channel 49 for DTV channel 30 at Johnstown and reallots DTV channel 49 from Johnstown to Jeannette, Pennsylvania. See 70 FR 10351, March 3, 2005. DTV channel 49 can be allotted to Jeannette, Pennsylvania, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 402334 N. and 794654 W. with a power of 437, HAAT of 301 meters and with a DTV service population of 2851 thousand. Since the community of Jeannette is located within 400 kilometers of the U.S.Canadian border, concurrence from the Canadian government has been obtained for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
