This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Oklahoma (FEMA1678DR), dated February 1, 2007, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Oklahoma is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of February 1, 2007:
Adair, Atoka, Bryan, Cherokee, Coal, Cotton, Craig, Haskell, Hughes, Johnston, Latimer, Mayes, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Seminole, Sequoyah, and Wagoner Counties for Public Assistance.
All counties within the State of Oklahoma are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
