DOCUMENT ACTION: Notice of Data Availability (NODA).

SUBJECT CATEGORY: Standards of Performance for Petroleum Refineries

DATES: Comments must be received on or before January 7, 2008.

DOCUMENT SUMMARY: EPA is issuing this NODA in support of the proposed rule published on May 14, 2007, entitled Standards of Performance for Petroleum Refineries. EPA received a number of comments on the proposed rule and is in the process of evaluating those comments. During the review of recently received comments, we determined that data and analyses were inadvertently left out of the docket EPAHQOAR2007 0011.

This NODA notifies the public that we have added data and analyses to the docket and provides an additional comment period for the proposed rule. Comments on all aspects of this proposal are welcome.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

Submitting CBI. Do not submit information that you consider to be CBI electronically through http://www.regulations.gov or email. Send or deliver information identified as CBI only to the following address: Roberto Morales, OAQPS Document Control Officer (C40402), U.S. EPA, Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards, Research Triangle Park, NC 27711, Attention Docket ID EPAHQOAR2007 0011. Clearly mark the part or all of the information that you claim to be CBI. For CBI information in a disk or CDROM that you mail to EPA, mark the outside of the disk or CDROM as CBI and then identify electronically within the disk or CDROM the specific information that is claimed as CBI. In addition to one complete version of the comment that includes information claimed as CBI, a copy of the comment that does not contain the information claimed as CBI must be submitted for inclusion in the public docket. Information so marked will not be disclosed except in accordance with procedures set forth in 40 CFR part 2.
