This is a synopsis of the Commission's Report and Order, MB Docket No. 07227, adopted March 26, 2008, and released March 28, 2008. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking proposed the substitution of Channel 262A for vacant Channel 241A at Clayton, Oklahoma. See 72 FR 63868, published November 13, 2007.
