Applicant: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Applicant requests an amendment to a current permit for research and recovery purposes to conduct presence/absence surveys for blackfooted ferrets (Mustela nigripes) within New Mexico and Colorado.
