Average Hours per Response: 15 to 30 minutes.
Needs and Uses: The information is needed to provide services to exporters who have either lost their original license and require a duplicate, or wish to transfer ownership of their approved license to another party.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations.
Frequency: On occasion.
Respondent's Obligation: Required to obtain or retain benefits.
