DOCUMENT SUMMARY:
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 10413, May 22, 1995), this notice announces that the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for review of a revised information collection. This information collection, ``Annuitant's Report of Earned Income'' (OMB Control No. 32060034; Form RI 302), is used annually to determine if disability retirees under age 60 have earned income which will result in the termination of their annuity benefits.
We estimate 21,000 RI 302 forms are completed annually. The RI 30 2 takes approximately 35 minutes to complete for an annual burden of 12,250 hours.
