Petitioner: Highest Wind.

Section of 14 CFR Affected: Sec. Sec. 101.13(a)(1), (2), and (3), and 101.17(a) and (b). Description of Relief Sought: Highest Wind seeks an exemption from 14 CFR 101.13(a)(1), (2), and (3), and 101.17(a) and (b) to operate its unmanned, tethered, semiautonomous glider, at approximately 1,000 feet above ground level (AGL), for the purpose of generating electrical power from the wind.
