Section of 14 CFR Affected: Sec. 25.601.
Description of Relief Sought: To provide relief from the requirements of Sec. 25.601,
Amendment 250, for two remote passenger compartments on a Boeing
Model 747468 airplane, S/N 28343 being modified by Jet Aviation to be
used as a VIP airplane for the Saudi Arabian Head of State. The first
is an inflight occupiable forward lower deck passenger rest area with
an alternating tread stairway. The second is an inflight occupiable
upper deck compartment with a curved segmented stairway between the main and upper deck.
