Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Data Support

2008 Ryan White Data Report (RDR) and ADAP Quarterly Report (AQR) Training

In order to meet funding requirements, service providers funded by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program must complete the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual Data Report (RDR) detailing information on all the clients they served during the course of the calendar year. This annual training will prepare grantees to accurately complete and submit the report.

While all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grantees are invited, HAB especially encourages attendance by grantee staff members who have not attended a past training. To review the agenda, including descriptions of each training session, please select a training below.

Client-level Data Collection

Beginning in 2009, Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grantees and service providers will use the Ryan White Services Report (RSR) to report funding, client, and service information to HAB. While all grantees and providers will be required to submit the Grantee Report and Service Provider Report, only providers of outpatient/ambulatory medical care and case management services (medical and non-medical) will be required to upload client-level data for 2009.

To view the components of the RSR, the RSR instruction manual, a timeline for RSR data collection and reporting, and additional details, please visit HAB's Client-Level Data information page at http://hab.hrsa.gov/manage/CLD.htm.
