Distribution Transformers Draft Analyses Published Before the ANOPR
The Department circulated early copies of its analysis in 2001 and 2002 to enhance its value and accuracy. Many stakeholders commented on these reports, which contributed to the approach and analysis. These draft reports are not necessarily reflective of the final ANOPR analysis, rather they document the history and evolution of the analytical process.
