In accordance with section 10(a) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act as amended (5 U.S.C., Appendix 2), announcement is made of an Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Technical Review Committee (TRC) meeting. This TRC's charge is to review contract proposals and provide recommendations to the Director, AHRQ, with respect to the technical merit of proposals submitted in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) regarding ``Technical, Analytical and Logistical Support for the Office of Extramural Research, Education and Priority Populations''. The RFP was published in the Federal Business Opportunities on June 16, 2004.

The upcoming TRC meeting will be closed to the public in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), section 10(d) of 5 U.S.C., Appendix 2, FACA regulations 41 CFR 1016.1023 and procurement regulations, 48 CFR 315.604(d).
