B. Purpose

The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) announces the availability of fiscal year (FY) 2003 funds for a cooperative agreement Program to Build Capacity to Assess and Improve Healthcare Services in Anniston, Alabama. This program addresses the ``Healthy People 2010'' focus areas of Educational and CommunityBased Programs; Environmental Health; and Maternal, Infant, and Child Health.
