Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of forthcoming meeting of the Federal Advisory Committee for Air Force Academy Academic and Institutional Programs. The purpose of this meeting is to consider morale and discipline, the curriculum, instruction, physical equipment, fiscal affairs, academic methods, and other matters relating to the Academy. Certain sessions of these meetings will be closed to the public.

Notice of Intent To Grant an Exclusive Patent License

Pursuant to the provisions of Part 404 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations, which implements Public Law 96517, as amended, the Department of the Air Force announces its intention to grant Beta LaserMike, Inc., a company having its headquarters in Dayton, Ohio, an exclusive license in any right, title and interest the Air Force has in U.S. Patent No. 5,895,927, entitled, ``ElectroOptic, Noncontact, Interior CrossSection Profiler.''

A license for this patent will be granted unless a written objection is received within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
