</p><p>    Notice is hereby given that, on May 21, 2008, pursuant to section 
6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993, 
15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), International SAE Consortium Ltd. 
(``ISAEC'') has filed written notifications simultaneously with the 
Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in 
its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of 
extending the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust 
plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. 
Specifically, Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Edison, NJ; Takeda Global Research 
and Development Center, Inc., Deerfield, IL; and The Wellcome Trust, 
London, UNITED KINGDOM have been added as a party to this venture.
</p><p>    No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned 
activity of the group research project. Membership in this group 
research project remains open, and ISAEC intends to file additional

Measuring Hydrocarbon Dew Points in Natural Gas Streams has filed 
written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the 
Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its nature and 
objective. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending 
the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to 
actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, the period  of performance has been extended to July 31, 2008.</p><p>    No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned

  <title><![CDATA[  United States v. National Association of Realtors[supreg];  Proposed Final Judgment and Competitive Impact Statement]]></title>

</p><p>    Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Antitrust Procedures and 
Penalties Act, 15 U.S.C. 16(b)(h), that a proposed Final Judgment, 
Stipulation, and Competitive Impact Statement have been filed with the 
United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 
United States of America v. National Association of Realtors[supreg], 
No. 05C5140. On September 8, 2005, the United States filed a 
Complaint alleging that the National Association of Realtors[supreg] 
(``NAR'') violated section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. 1, by 
adopting policies that suppress competition from real estate brokers 
who use passwordprotected ``virtual office Web sites'' or ``VOWs'' to 
deliver highquality brokerage services to their customers. The 
proposed Final Judgment, filed on May 27, 2008, requires NAR to repeal

Asset Preservation Stipulation and Order, and Competitive Impact 
Statement have been filed with the United States District Court for the 
District of Columbia in United States v. Cengage Learning Holdings I, 
L.P., Civil Action No. 1:08cv00899. On May 28, 2008, the United 
States filed a Complaint alleging that the proposed acquisition by 
Cengage Learning of the assets of Houghton Mifflin College Division 
would violate section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. 18. The proposed 
Final Judgment, filed at the same time as the Complaint, requires 
Cengage Learning to divest assets related to textbooks and educational  materials used in 14 collegelevel courses.</p><p>    Copies of the Complaint, proposed Final Judgment, and Competitive

the United States filed a Complaint alleging that the proposed 
acquisition by Regal Cinemas, Inc. of Consolidated Theatres Holdings, 
GP, would violate Section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. 18 by 
lessening competition for theatrical exhibition of firstrun movies in

</p><p>    Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Antitrust Procedures and 
Penalties Act, 15 U.S.C. 16(b)(h), that a proposed Final Judgment, 
Hold Separate Stipulation and Order, and Competitive Impact Statement 
have been filed with the United States District Court for the District 
of Columbia in United States of America v. Bain Capital, LLC, Civil 
Action No. 1:08cv00245. On February 13, 2008, the United States filed 
a Complaint alleging that the proposed acquisition by Bain Capital, LLC 
and Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. of a controlling interest in Clear 
Channel Communications, Inc. would violate section 7 of the Clayton 
Act, 15 U.S.C. 18. The proposed Final Judgment, filed the same time as 
the Complaint, requires Clear Channel to divest radio stations in

</p><p>    Notice is hereby given that, on January 23, 2008, pursuant to 
section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 
1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), Global Climate and Energy 
Project (``GCEP'') has filed written notifications simultaneously with 
the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing 
changes in its activities. The notifications were filed for the purpose 
of extending the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust 
plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. 
Specifically, the members of GCEP have, as of December 1, 2007, amended
