  <title><![CDATA[  Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection;  Comment Request]]></title>

requesting A, G, or NATO dependent employment authorization; form I 566.</p><p>    The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and 
Immigration Services (CIS), has submitted the following information 
collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for 
review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 
1995. The information collection was previously published in the 
Federal Register on June 4, 2003 at 68 FR 33513, allowing for a 60day 
public comment period. The CIS received no comments on the proposed  information collection.</p><p>    The purpose of this notice is to notify the public that the CIS is 
seeking OMB approval on the revision of this information collection and 
to allow an additional 30 days for public comments. Comments are 
encouraged and will be accepted until December 15, 2003. This process  is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.</p><p>    Written comments and/or suggestions regarding the items contained
