The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS), has submitted the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on July 22, 2003 at 68 FR 43364, allowing for emergency OMB review and a 60day public comment period. No comments were received by the CIS on this proposed information collection.
