Needs and Uses: Recent amendments to the MagnusonStevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act require that the Marine Recreational Fisheries Statistics Survey (MRFSS) be upgraded and that future fishing surveys target anglers licensed or registered at the State or Federal level.
