In today's rule, DOE establishes a new 2 CFR part 901 that adopts OMB's final governmentwide guidance on nonprocurement debarment and suspension and contains supplemental DOE nonprocurement debarment and suspension provisions. In addition, this rule removes 10 CFR part 606, the existing DOE nonprocurement debarment and suspension regulations, and makes a conforming change to 10 CFR part 600.
