The FHWA has forwarded the information collection request described in this notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of an extension and change of title of a currently approved information collection. We published a Federal Register

Notice with a 60day public comment period on this information collection on August 31, 2007.

We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. As part of FHWA's ongoing effort to reduce the overall burden on the public, four information collections associated with the accommodation or relocation of utility facilities in the rightofway of highway facilities are being combined into a single collection (21250519) with a new title of Utility Adjustments, Agreements, Eligibility Statements, and Accommodation Policies. The four affected information collections are: 21250514: Develop and Submit Utility Accommodation Policies; 21250515: Eligibility Statement for Utility Adjustments; 21250519
