  <description><![CDATA[ This notice sets forth the Secretary's proposal to require
HTPC grant recipients to contribute nonFederal matching funds in years
2 through 5 of the project period equal to two times the amount of the
Federal Grant Award or such lesser amount determined by the Secretary
for good cause shown.

Information Technology (RT), and the creation of the following
components: Division of Health Information Technology Policy (RT1), the
Division of Health Information Technology State and Community
Assistance (RT3), and deletes the Office for the Advancement of
Telehealth (RV9) in the HIV/AIDS Bureau and creates the Office for the
Advancement of Telehealth (RT2) in the Office of Health Information Technology.<br/> Chapter RTOffice of the Associate Administrator</p>

<p>    To promote the adoption and effective use of health information technology in the safety net community.</p>
